You can hire dedicated resources, who will work for you using infrastructure and facility provided by us. Your hired resources will mainly communicate through internet from our premises and you will have direct control on them.

We assure you highest security level, but if there is any intellectual property theft then i-Quall is not liable for that. We are not liable for any business loss, copyright issues, or financial losses due to server hacking.

Hired people will be employee of the respected company or firm, who hire them from us. i-Quall Infoway is not responsible for it.

You may cancel or terminate our services at any time with prior notice of 3 months.

The website as well as its content provided on the “as is” basis. The website as well as its content is offered without any endorsements, representations, or warranties of any type.

i-Quall Infoway particularly disclaims all the warranties for any type, if implied. We will only refund the last payout or Rs. 50,000 which ever are fewer, which we had taken from the client in case of any issues.

The client has to give 50 percent payment in advance.

NEITHER i-Quall infoway NOR ANYONE ELSE WHO HAS BEEN INVOLVED IN THE CREATION, PRODUCTION, OR DELIVERY OF THE SERVICES SHALL IN ANY EVENT WHATSOEVER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, AND THE LIKE) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE DEVELOPED FOR CLIENT EVEN IF i-Quall INFOWAY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES
