As a direct result of i-Quall and their attention to detail, I have decided to stop using my current developers and use them. They are the first company to get my attention in this way and I have been using vWorker workers for quite some time now. WHERE DO I START? - Any person wanting to use an off site worker faces a range of problems. Especially using a new company for the first time.
You get loads of bids, some stupid estimates some very expensive, you read some worker reviews but you still take a chance when you choose someone. Will they be able to do it, will it be to my deadline etc..
The service and price I got from Yasin and and i-Quall team in my opinion are second to none. From the project start through every stage I seriously can not fault them.
The price bid from i-Quall was very competitive on my job, based on the range of bids i got 1 being low and 10 high, they were 7.
Communication is always key and Yasin was always there informing me what had been done and was being done. Work was completed when he said and the extra input was invaluable.
There were a few problems from my specification (my side) which i-Quall solved for me and offered other solutions and the cost didn't even change. Nothing I asked was too much trouble, or not in their ability to accomplish.
Truly a pleasure working with them. To a point where I gave them a further 30% bonus of the initial contract price as a thank you as they did such a great job.

We are long drive together with i-Quall since NOV-2005
Initially we have 1 developer and after few months we allocated 5 dedicated developers who specially working on my projects
I have developers around myself for the last 20 years. First I hired them for my offices locally, than moved to Eastern European ones. With the technological possibilities of the internet, outsourcing became more and more comfortable. As soon as possible, I deciding to go completely with outsourced task forced and felt instantly enormous freedom and flexibility. It didn’t take too long for me to get offers from India. I tested over 25 companies and teams over there in smaller projects but most of them failed. Delivery time, low communicational skills and simply low quality work was the reason most of the time. It seemed that the cultural differences have been too strong. It took me a long time and many painful experiences to find the ones I could work with. However, consistency and focus helped to get in touch with the right ones. With only two of them, I have built up a close relationship over the last years. With them, I am managing all my projects today, and can grow faster and much more flexible as ever before.
One of my choices is i-Quall. I found the strong responsibility in the leadership of the company I was searching for. Great managing skills and of course outstanding technical and coding knowledge have been the ingredients why we stay and grow together until today and will for who knows how many more years to come. Within the first years, we have built up a strong and effective communication and project management structure, which allows us to develop projects very quick and hugely effective today. Our relationship is excellent, and was proved to be trustable, even in the hard times during the last period. I am very lucky to have found them, and will do my part, to help us all to grow together.
